At BY VENØ, we believe that great products start with well-thought-out choices. From materials and design to production and quality control, we work to create acoustic panels where function, aesthetics, and quality go hand in hand.

Our panels are designed and manufactured in Denmark, where we closely monitor production and conduct quality control throughout the various processes.

We also recognize that our products have an environmental impact. That’s why we prioritize documentation, independent certifications, and tests that allow us to examine the specific properties of our products.

Certifications and Documentation

We want to make it easier for you to make an informed choice. That’s why we work with independent certification schemes and tests that document specific aspects of our materials and products.

FSC®

FSC® is an international certification scheme for responsible forest management and the traceability of wood throughout the supply chain.

FSC® certification verifies that the wood in FSC-certified products comes from FSC-certified forests, controlled sources, or recycled materials in accordance with the relevant FSC label.

Nordic Swan Ecolabel

The Nordic Swan is the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries and an independent Type I ecolabeling scheme (ISO 14024).

The certification sets requirements for a range of environmental and health-related factors throughout the product’s life cycle, including materials, chemicals, production, and quality.

Selected acoustic panels in our product range are Nordic Swan Ecolabel-certified under license number 5031 0143. This means that the products in question have been assessed according to the ecolabel’s product-specific criteria.

AgBB-tested

Materials used indoors can release chemical substances into the air. Therefore, it is important to examine the products’ emissions.

Selected acoustic panels from BY VENØ have been tested in accordance with the German AgBB scheme, which assesses emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from building products intended for indoor use.

The test results confirm that the products in question meet the AgBB scheme’s criteria under the specified test conditions. The accompanying test report provides insight into the documented emission characteristics.
