With our unfinished acoustic panel, you have a canvas of possibilities.
You can influence the expression of the MDF panel with either a Natural Oil from BY VENØ or a paint, depending on the desired colour.
If, on the other hand, you want a panel with a more raw expression, this is achieved by not applying oil or paint. In that case, it will appear with an anthracite-grey tone and adorn the room with a more raw look that enhances its acoustics.

BY VENØ is a Danish manufacturer of RAW wall and ceiling panels, and many other materials. With the acoustic panels from BY VENØ, you can achieve a calm and soothing environment in your home, office or business area.
The panels have the capability of reducing noise by up to 50%, creating a calming component wherever they are installed.
The acoustic RAW panels consists of MDF lamellas mounted to an acoustic PET felt material, made from recycled plastic.

The panel's construction
Our RAW acoustic panels are composed of two components that provide you with the best room acoustics and an aesthetic expression.
THE SLATS: The more angles the sound has to pass through, the more the sound is reduced. The structure of the lamella and its placement on the felt cause the sound waves to break before reaching the felt, thereby further enhancing the reduction.
THE FELT: Sound moves in waves and is reflected back into the room when it encounters hard surfaces. By using a soft felt, the sound passes through the material, absorbing it and thus reducing reverberation.

Oil for your panels
Most of our wood panels and finishing strips are untreated, allowing you to choose whether the panels should be oil-treated or appear in their raw yet elegant expression.
SOUND ABSORBING is important
Our felt plays an important role in the sound-absorbing properties of acoustic panels. Together with the structure of the slats, much of the sound normally reflected back into the room will be absorbed, creating a more comfortable indoor environment.
