This is what we can demonstrate

At BY VENØ, we believe that good products start with well-considered choices. From materials and design to production and quality control, we work to create acoustic panels where function, aesthetics and quality go hand in hand.

Our panels are designed and manufactured in Denmark, where we closely monitor production and carry out quality control throughout the various processes.

We are also aware that our products have an environmental impact. That is why we place great emphasis on documentation, independent certifications and tests, which make it possible to examine the specific properties of our products.

Certifications and documentation

We want to make it easier for you to make an informed choice. That is why we work with independent certification schemes and tests that document specific aspects of our materials and products.

FSC™

FSC™ is an international certification scheme for responsible forest management and the traceability of timber throughout the supply chain.

FSC™ certification confirms that the timber in FSC-certified products comes from FSC™-certified forests, controlled sources or recycled materials in accordance with the relevant FSC™ label.

Selected products in our range are FSC™-certified (FSC™ C165957). Please check the specific product labelling to find out which products are covered.

Nordic Swan Ecolabel

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries and an independent Type I ecolabelling scheme (ISO 14024).

The certification sets requirements for a range of environmental and health-related aspects throughout the product’s life cycle, including materials, chemicals, production and quality.

Selected acoustic panels in our range are Nordic Swan-labelled under licence number 5031 0143. This means that the products in question have been assessed against the eco-label’s product-specific criteria.

AgBB-tested

Materials used indoors can release chemical substances into the air. It is therefore important to investigate the emissions from these products.

Selected acoustic panels from BY VENØ have been tested in accordance with the German AgBB scheme, which assesses emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from building products for indoor use.

The test results confirm that the products covered meet the AgBB scheme’s criteria under the specified test conditions. The accompanying test report provides an insight into the documented emission characteristics.
